HempStash Refund & Returns Policy

At HempStash Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality hemp products for adults aged 18+. Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only applicable within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We do not accept returns on CBD flower or CBD hash, due to the nature of the products.
• Refunds are only considered for items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent.

2. Conditions for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, you must ensure:

1. Products are unopened and in original packaging.
2. You provide:
   
• Photographs clearly showing the issue
• Your order reference number
• Tracking information (if applicable)

4. All requests must be sent to infohempstash@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive your request and verify the claim, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
• Refunds are made using the original payment method.
• Please note that while we aim to process refunds quickly, refunds are not guaranteed if the conditions above are not met.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• CBD flower
• CBD hash
• Opened or used products
• Any products purchased outside of the UK once shipped

5. Cancellation of Service

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting our team at infohempstash@yahoo.com.
• After 24 hours, orders are considered processed and cannot be cancelled.
